TECHNIA, part of the Addnode Group and the #1 knowledge leader in PLM, today announced that they have acquired KPASS IT (“KPASS”), a service-focused partner for Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform with operations in France and Japan.

KPASS’ expertise in the Energy, Automotive and Aerospace & Defence industries will join TECHNIA to cover the French and Japanese markets and contribute more broadly to global projects.

  • KPASS has 35 employees with extensive experience in PLM and the Dassault Systèmes platforms. They are well respected in their own right and have successfully enabled more than 60 PLM projects.

TECHNIA are a PLATINUM partner to Dassault Systèmes, that are exhibiting rapid, global growth and will now be able to better serve their global customers with the addition of two new geographies.

Following the acquisition, TECHNIA will have 680 employees across Austria, Benelux, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, India, Japan, Norway, Slovakia, South Africa, Sweden, UK and the USA. These countries will represent a combined revenue of approximately €110 million.

TECHNIA and KPASS employees have been working together on several common projects employing the same technologies for more than fifteen years. The companies were each founded in an agile, entrepreneurial manner and continue to share a host of common values throughout their operations.
