Job overview
As a Technical Consultant specializing in the Atlassian portfolio, you will play an important role in delivering tailored solutions to our clients.
Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to identify their unique requirements and challenges. Assess, recommend, and develop solutions using the Atlassian suite to address their specific needs
• Configure and customize Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to align with the client’s business processes. Develop and implement workflows, custom fields, and automation rules
• Integrate Atlassian products with other tools and applications in clients’ environments, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency
• Provide training to end-users and administrators to maximize the value of Atlassian tools. Offer ongoing technical support to clients to address inquiries and issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or another related technical field
• 5 years + demonstrated experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket) in a professional capacity, preferably in combination with business analysis experience
• 2 years’ experience in a technical role, preferably in a software environment working with Java, J2EE, and JVM troubleshooting
• Experience in working with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Groovy)
• English professional level in verbal and written communication
• Certifications related to Atlassian products, as well as experience in network and web servers (i.e., Tomcat, Apache, SSL proxy server IIS, HAProxy) are considered a big plus
