With an increased business complexity due to a growing product assortment as well as new regulatory and supply chain requirements, Mölnlycke took a step back and reviewed the ways of working with lifecycle management. This started a journey that not only changed many of the key processes like design control, change control, and market authorization, and the implementation of a more up-to-date PLM tool, but most importantly, started to change the mindset of the internal PLM community.
