With a strong focus on both project execution and technical leadership, Sam oversees teams charged with end-to-end project delivery, presales support, and the customer helpdesk. His commitment to process improvement, as part of TECHNIA’s continuous improvement program, drives efficiency and empowers the team to leverage breakthrough technologies for the benefit of both internal operations and client objectives.
Sam holds an ILM Team Leadership Level 3 qualification with Distinction, reflecting his passion for cultivating a supportive yet high-achieving environment. In his leadership role, he guides strategic planning and forecasting - both financially and in resource management - for short- and long-term success, while engaging directly with customer executives and a broad spectrum of stakeholders to consistently deliver value.
