With over 10,000 employees worldwide, the company is committed to enhancing the mobile lifestyle through advanced manufacturing capabilities, innovative culture, and dedication to the customer experience.

The content distribution challenge

As Lippert continued to grow globally, the company recognized an opportunity to modernize their content distribution approach. Their existing system had served them well but was approaching end-of-life, leading to a strategic evaluation of next-generation solutions that could better support their evolving business needs.

The timing aligned perfectly with Lippert’s broader cloud migration initiative, where key business applications were being transitioned to more flexible, scalable platforms. This presented an ideal opportunity to enhance their content management capabilities while streamlining their 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA environment.

Lippert envisioned a modern solution that would improve auditability and governance across their global operations, provide seamless access for manufacturing teams and other non-PLM users, and establish a foundation for expanded collaboration with external suppliers. The goal was to create a more efficient, secure, and scalable content distribution ecosystem that would support the company’s continued growth and innovation.

“Lippert PLM Services conducted an exhaustive multi-year review of modern PDF content management solutions. This review was an effort to select a solution to replace a rigid and antiquated system. PLM Services decided the best solution for Lippert was Exchange Hub by TECHNIA. The winning formula, as realized by PLM Services, is Exchange Hub’s rich feature set, the backend management solution known as Integration Framework, and the Exchange Hub support team.”
