Virtual Twins in Motorsport: Deploying Dymola Models in the Field

We’re excited to present two new presentations at this year’s event, and the details are shared below.

SESSIONS INFO

Session 1

Simulation of Large Housing Models Case Study

Presented by Theodor Ensbury, Senior Project Engineer
Wednesday May 15, 2024 8:00 AM – 8:50 AM CST
City View 1

Presentation of methodology surrounding the simulation of large, highly detailed simulation models. As each dwelling is to be simulated over a year’s worth of time, length of simulation time requires simulation on a dedicated machine in parallel with one another, which is achieved by running Dymola as a server and assigning each model to be simulated to a different computer core.

Session 2

Maintenance and Management of the Virtual Twin Simulation Libraries in Dymola; Why McMurtry Automotive and Claytex/TECHNIA are working together.

Presented by Nate Horn, Vice President
Thursday May 16, 2024 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM CST
City View 1

Presentation outlining the role of managing simulation models (Virtual Twins) with regards to simulation objectives of McMurtry Automotive. Much of the presentation will focus on how Claytex manage their own simulation libraries, and how these methodologies can be applied to other simulation libraries. This will include presentation of tools which support model management methods, applied to simulation models built in Dymola/Modelica.
