Magnus Falkman

Magnus Falkman spearheads TECHNIA's strategic vision and growth across the international information technology landscape. Renowned for his dynamic leadership and expertise in PLM (product lifecycle management), Magnus brings more than two decades of experience advancing global enterprise software solutions and driving digital transformation in engineering and manufacturing.

Magnus holds an MSc in Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at Göteborgs University, complemented by executive education in managing professional services from the Stockholm School of Economics. This robust academic foundation has shaped Magnus’s holistic approach to leadership, integrating business development, team empowerment, and disciplined management practices to deliver sustained value and innovation.

Since joining TECHNIA over 23 years ago, Magnus has held a series of pivotal roles in software division management and international operations, including leadership positions in the Washington DC-Baltimore region and Oslo, Norway. He has consistently demonstrated proficiency in P&L ownership, global sales, and agile project management, building high-performance teams and delivering tailored solutions for TECHNIA’s diverse clientele.

In his current role as CEO, Magnus is passionate about elevating TECHNIA’s reputation as a trusted advisor and partner in PLM, championing agile methodologies and change management to enable organizations worldwide to simplify, optimize, and accelerate their digital transformation journeys. His visionary outlook, coupled with a deep commitment to customer success, continually shapes TECHNIA’s ambition to break new ground in sustainable product innovation.

Johannes Storvik

Johannes Storvik

Johannes Storvik is the CSO (Chief Solutions Officer) at TECHNIA, where he leads transformative initiatives in PLM (product lifecycle management) and sustainable engineering practices. With a strong foundation in engineering and decades of experience in the field, Johannes has established himself as a thought leader in MBSE (model-based systems engineering) and digital transformation.

Johannes holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the NTNU (Norwegian University of Science and Technology), where he specialized in systems engineering. His academic background laid the groundwork for his innovative approach to solving complex industry challenges.

Throughout his career, Johannes has held various leadership roles in engineering and technology-focused organizations. Before joining TECHNIA, he worked extensively on implementing advanced PLM solutions across industries including automotive, aerospace, and life sciences. His expertise spans digital collaboration platforms like Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE, enabling organizations to streamline processes and foster innovation.

In his current role at TECHNIA, Johannes focuses on driving value-driven PLM implementations that align with clients’ strategic goals. He is particularly passionate about integrating MBSE methodologies to enhance product development efficiency while promoting sustainability.

A frequent speaker at industry events such as the PLM Innovation Forum, Johannes shares insights on topics like virtual twins, MBSE approaches to sustainability strategies, and multidisciplinary engineering. His thought leadership is reflected in numerous blogs and webinars where he explores cutting-edge solutions for modern engineering challenges.

Outside of work, Johannes enjoys exploring new technologies and mentoring young professionals in engineering disciplines.

Marcus Larsson

Marcus began his journey at TECHNIA as a developer and senior PLM consultant, contributing to the design and implementation of complex PLM and enterprise software solutions across various industries. His technical background spans systems and infrastructure architecture, system integrations, audits, and migrations, with a strong emphasis on delivering scalable, robust platforms.

Today, as Director of TECHNIA Software Solutions, he leads the company’s software development and service delivery on a global scale. With over 24 years of experience at TECHNIA, Marcus combines deep technical expertise and leadership to drive innovative PLM solutions and software products that enhance client operations worldwide.

Over the years, Marcus has held key leadership roles, including Head of Software Development for the Process Software Department and Team Manager for Consumer & Retail teams, managing diverse teams of consultants across Sweden and India. He played a critical role in implementing and maintaining large-scale enterprise PLM systems, notably leading a global PLM initiative at H&M involving around 4000 users and deep integration with multiple enterprise systems.

Marcus is recognized for his strength in business and technical analysis, agile methodologies, and DevOps leadership. He has driven improvements in work processes, established guidelines, and led cross-functional teams through system upgrades, troubleshooting, and incident management. His experience includes working with advanced technology stacks encompassing Java, Spring, Oracle, Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE, and modern monitoring tools like Dynatrace and ElasticStack.
