Content of Work

As a Sales Executive in TECHNIAs global Life Science team, you are responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to closing the deal. Our global team is expanding, and you will contribute to helping our customers by offering PLM solutions and helping them solve complex problems. You will analyze business needs and together with technical sales support present and propose business solutions to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand the customer needs within the Life Science field create sales pitches, and drive identified business towards closure.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships while interacting with new and existing client base
  • Work closely with the global marketing team and provide content for targeted market activities and lead generation, and contribute at customer events and workshops
  • Perform customer business reviews, relationship analysis, forecasts, and follow-up on results

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role we believe you are a communicative, goal-oriented person with a genuine interest in understanding a company’s needs and map that to technical solutions to create true business value. In this role, it is important to be able to run many sales processes in parallel and be able to build long-term relationships together with our customers.

Required competencies

  • Experience in selling B2B solutions, with a proven track record
  • Professional verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience with management of sales projects
  • Driving license

The following skills and tools are meriting

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in the Life Science industry segments, Medical Device, Pharma or Healthcare.
  • German language skills
  • Previous experience in selling PLM systems is preferred, experience in selling other systems such as CRM or ERP is considered relevant as well
  • Previous experience from working in a global matrix organization
