Sales Executive

The TECHNIA team in Espoo is now looking for a Sales Executive with good knowledge and interest in CAD and PLM systems to work with our customers in Finland.

TECHNIA pave the way for innovation, creativity, and profitability by combining industry-leading Product Lifecycle Management tools with specialist knowledge. We work for customers in different areas like Climate Tech, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.

Content of work

As a Sales Executive for TECHNIA you are responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation to finally closing the deal. You will take on a leading role in our sales team to analyze business needs and propose business solutions to our customers that solve complex problems. The work will include working with new as well as existing customers in Finland and the Baltic area, both in face-to-face and remote meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify potential new customers
  • Plan sales efforts in consultation with your closest colleagues
  • Run customer meetings and together with technical sales support present our solutions
  • Drive identified business towards closure
  • Follow up and develop customer relationships

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role we believe you are a communicative, goal-oriented person with a genuine interest in understanding a company’s needs and map that to technical solutions to create true business value. You have excellent networking skills to build strong long-term relationships, in this role, it is important to be able to run many sales processes in parallel and be able to build long-term relationships together with our customers.

Required competencies
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in selling B2B solutions, with a proven track record
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in Finnish and English
  • Previous experience with management of sales projects
The following skills and tools are meriting
  • Previous experience in selling PLM systems is preferred, experience in selling other systems such as CRM or ERP is considered relevant as well
  • Previous experience from working in an international IT company
