PLM Sales Consultant

TECHNIA in Nieuwegein/Utrecht is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic PLM Sales Consultant to join our PLM team.

TECHNIA pave the way for innovation, creativity, and profitability by combining industry-leading Product Lifecycle Management tools with specialist knowledge. We work for customers in different areas like Climate Tech, Aerospace, Automotive, etc.

Content of work

As a PLM Sales Consultant, you help us introduce our PLM software and consulting services to existing and new clients and ensure the constant growth of our customer base. You manage relationships with our existing and new customers. You also have considerable knowledge of the manufacturing market and ongoing developments at our competitors. Furthermore, you develop and monitor the CRM cycle to support and register conversion from lead to sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Build customer relationships, increase revenue and optimize customer acquisition
  • Grow and actively manage the sales funnel
  • New business development
  • Setting KPI’s and monitoring the CRM process
  • Building expertise of the different industry solutions markets; following trends and competition
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Working together with international colleagues

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of relevant working experience in business software solutions by consultative selling. You are a strong communicator and have excellent negotiating skills. You have the analytical ability to uncover customers’ challenges and have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. You are fluent in English and a native Dutch speaker.

  • Open to travel for business
  • Driving License
  • Knowledge of the Belgium and Luxemburg market is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
