Commercial and Sales Leader for Atlassian Business

The Atlassian platform will be a key offering for our Enterprise Solutions division based in our head office in Kista, Sweden with a focus to develop the European market. The position is preferable based out of Stockholm but other major cities in Sweden (Malmö, Göteborg) can be possible.
Content of Work
As Commercial and Sales Leader for our Atlassian Business, your main responsibilities will be to develop new business growth within this area. This will be accomplished through your focus on building strategic partnerships with new and existing clients, as well as establishing new partnerships with business in need of customized Atlassian solutions. You will be responsible to develop and refine our go-to market and marketing strategy in close co-operation with our Business Area Directors. You will report directly to our CTO.
As we see great growth potential in our Atlassian Business, there is equal growth potential in this role as well.
Background and Competence
We seek a driven individual with experience and ambition to grow into this space starting with Nordics and Benelux but later into a global business. To success in this role, your background should include the following:
- Demonstrated experience from meeting ambitious sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both in Swedish and English
- Relevant degree in Software Engineering or work experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methods and practices
- 3-5 years’ experience from selling and marketing of Software Engineering tools

You have a passion for sales and building customer relationships, as well as the ability to motivate, influence and negotiate with others. In addition to this, you are an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results focused professional with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
