Content of Work

TECHNIA is a global competitor operating in Europe, Asia, and US. In this role, you will work with supporting our business area managers with their responsible P&L in the Nordics & India division. You will also be part of the transition into a more globally integrated organization using the newly set up ERP system. In this position you will report to the Global group business controller in the Nordics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Controlling local and global supporting functions
  • Budget, Forecast & Monthly close for the responsible units
  • Follow-up and analysis of key figures
  • Profitability analysis
  • Support and assist in financial statements and reporting
  • Project follow-up and extent of project reporting
  • Business analysis using reporting tools Anaplan and Microsoft BI
  • Commission calculations

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role we believe you are a driven, organized, and communicative person with a genuine interest in understanding the numbers and the connection and impact on our business.

Required competencies

  • MSc degree in Finance or business administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting/business control roles
  • Experience in accounting principles/rules
  • Experience in projects execution conducted in collaboration with Finance teams across Group companies
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to work in various ERP systems (we use Dynamics)
  • Professional verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English

The following skills and tools are meriting

  • Additional languages skills, preferably Finish or Dutch
  • Previous experience from working with Power BI
  • Experience from working in a global matrix organization
  • Experience from working at an IT company
