Content of Work

As a Business Consultant at TECHNIA, you will provide technical leadership to PLM implementation projects in designing and delivering Centric 8 system. You will analyse business needs, translate customer requirements into system requirements and propose and implement system solutions that solve complex business problems. Your ability to visualize solutions along with your technical skills will be used to guide the customer on how to best use the Centric 8 solution. You will primarily target customers within the business segments for Retail, Fashion, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create customer business process analysis, information modelling and mapping that to Centric 8 configurations and interface
  • Develop and manage projects together with customers, by installing and configuring software, deployment training, and data migration, by using Agile methodology
  • Provide customer guidance and best practice on business processes, change management, quality assurance, and training
  • Support the sales and project teams, create demos and concept visualization to explain the business value to customers
  • Convert data and processes from legacy PDM/PLM systems
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the customer implementation team to ensure a successful delivery
  • Proactively suggest improvements according to Best Practices and Centric 8 future solutions

Required competencies

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Experience from working as a business consultant, or in a similar role
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage projects
  • Professional Swedish and English language skills

Meriting skills and tools

  • Previous work experience in Retail, Fashion, Food & Beverage or Consumer Electronics
  • Project Management certification
  • System modelling skills (preferably UML)
