Content of Work
As a Solution Architect, you will translate customer requirements into system requirements using your ability to visualize solutions along with your technical skills on how to satisfy the requirements. This includes defining the data model, functionality and user interface to suit the customer’s needs and guide your agile development team to satisfy the requirements.
You will be a part of our delivery teams to analyze business needs, specify requirements and propose system solutions that solve complex business problems. The work will include face-to-face and remote meetings with customers, requirements analysis and functional specification and deliver solutions. It will also include staying up to date and transferring product knowledge and “best practice” to the rest of the team.
Background and competence
- University degree in Computer Science or similar skills obtained through work experience
- At least 3 years’ experience from a similar position
- Understanding of PLM
- Understanding of databases and data modeling
- Knowledge in Java
- Proficient spoken and written English
The following would be meritorious
- International experience from working in a global company
- Previous experience from working with or implementing PLM, QMS, DMS, ERP or MES
- Knowledge in any of the systems ENOVIA, Windchill, Teamcenter, SAP PLM, SharePoint, SAP
- Experience in IT, Engineering or Manufacturing
- Swedish and German language skills
