We have a carefully designed mentorship and coaching programme which provides support for our modern business. The objective of the programme is to promote personal dialogue concerning responsibilities, development and goals between the employee and the mentor.
We regard our employees as our most valuable asset. A tried-and-tested working procedure based on specific processes and methods forms a fundamental part of our projects. These processes are continuously being developed. They are documented in a business manual or knowledge base which we call The Blue Book. These quality processes have been influenced by standards such as FDA and ISO9000.
In addition we are working together with the Royal Institute of Technology to further develop our knowledge management structure which we call the Technia Knowledge Network. This is one of the ways in which we manage, document and search for the knowledge and experience available to us within the company.
Our customers control the speed at which our projects run. In other words, we expect high-speed activity to be part of our normal working life. We put the emphasis on working effectively and thoughtfully, rather than working long hours. We make great demands on our employees, but in return we also reward both quality and quantity. Our company language is English, because we have offices in Sweden, Finland and Norway, with around 100 employees from 15 different nationalities.
