The new Technia Value Components reduces implementation time for eMatrix Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions

Stockholm, November 28, 2002: Technia, the Nordic leader in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced the immediate availability of Technia Value Components, a series of components that enable enterprises to improve the usability and reduce the implementation time for eMatrix PLM implementations.

The launch of Technia Value Components is a direct result from the experiences Technia has obtained from working with eMatrix and PLM solutions for more than 7 years. The components are designed to give several benefits, for example; faster implementations e.g. short time to value, higher value of eMatrix Centrals implementations and stronger Return of Investment (ROI) as well as better functionality.

We are now excited to leverage the wealth of experience we've derived from implementing more than 40 major PLM projects. Technia Value Components are based upon modern and scalable www-technology principles and have successfully been utilized in various application servers and operating systems. The implementation of a specific component can be made into an existing implementation or during the course of an ongoing implementation project.

This first launch of Technia Value Components includes the following components:

  • Personal Browser Component
  • State Browser Component
  • Office Integration Component
  • Image Library Component


The Technia Value Components has been developed and made available to System Integrators and direct to end customers.
