After a course has been booked, Technia AB will send a booking confirmation. This confirmation, once approved, is binding.
The latest registration date is 7 days before the course date.
All payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The charges do not include taxes. Accrued interest at a rate of 2% per month will be charged on any overdue payments.
No extra charge will be made for substituting a different student once a course has been booked.
Technia AB will charge tuition fee if the student cancels the booking within 15 days prior to the start of the course in accordance to the rates listed below. Charges for cancellation:
- If a booking is cancelled in writing 0-7 days before the start of the course, the full tuition fee is charged.
- If a booking is cancelled in writing 8-14 days before the start of the course, 50% of the tuition fee is charged.
- If a booking is cancelled in writing 15+ days before the start of the course, there will be no tuition fee charged.
If the student does not cancel in writing, attend the course on the required date, or does not complete the course, the full fee will be charged.
Approximately 7 days before the start of the course, a personal invitation will be sent to all the participants, giving the date, time and location of the course (including the address and a map) and a course description.
Courses run from 09.00 to 16.30, unless otherwise agreed. The price includes course materials, lunch and coffee. Taxes are not included in the price. All the course documentation is in English, but courses are normally held in local language or in English if required. Technia AB reserves the right to hold courses in English.
Technia AB reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if there are not enough participants. Participants will be informed at the latest 5 days before the planned start date of the course.
