To gather information we will conduct group sessions and interviews with key persons in your organization representing different roles and processes. As a result of these activites we will give you recommendations on how you can proceed in your future PLM project. This can mean changes in both processes and systems supporting the process.
The last step in the Business Assessment Service is the Workshow, where we will mix theory with real life cases through a scenario demonstration.
