Technia signs a contract for a strategic PLM project with Telenor Cinclus

CATIA order from Engineering Partner proves Technia’s position as a “Total PLM Solution Partner”  
 
Technia recently received an order from Engineering Partner for a design solution, based on CATIA from Dassault Systèmes. CATIA enables virtual product design and Engineering Partner will use the tool to develop product design to Volvo and other customers.
With this order Technia continues the expansion of its new offering “Design Solutions” that is focusing on 3D services and products, which also complements Technia’s other offering in the PLM area, ENOVIA MatrixOne and ENOVIA SmarTeam.

Technia expands customer service with TVC release 6.2

Technia Value Components (TVC) are becoming increasingly important for businesses to maximise their PLM investments.
 –With TVC the working environment, interface and usability are all improved. In response to customer requests, Technia released TVC 6.2 on November 11. The main news is improved configurability, says Jan Thunqvist, Director of Products and Technology at Technia.

– Our aim is to grow. We have employed new co-workers, three new senior consultants and also sales personnel in order to meet the demands from the Norwegian market. At the moment there are 10 employees working in Norway but we are looking to expand .even further, says Jonas Gejer, VP at Technia.
