This course trains the user in the proper and most productive methods of working with Matrix Business process Applications ("Centrals"). The student will receive a general overview of the PLM and the Matrix ("Centrals") environment.

Audience
The Matrix project user who has overall responsibility for using the Matrix system, or department managers affected by the installation of the Matrix system.
