Matrix Central Overview

This course will give the student an introduction in how to use the Lifecycle applications: Engineering Central and Product Central, within the newest Matrix 10 version. "It's All in there".

Course Topics

• Gives you a good understanding of the implemented process within Engineering Central, Product Central and the SRM suite. You will receive the basic skills in using the Engineering Central.
• Manage products and their requirements
• Define features, options, constraints, and pricing for products.
• Link engineering modules and parts with marketing specifications they satisfy.
• Set up, modify and implement processes. Define and control access to all software and related engineering documents. Manage change along the entire software lifecycle.
  

Audience
Engineering personnel who are responsible for managing, designing and manufacturing your company's products. Some examples include: product managers,  design engineers and manufacturing engineers.

Sales team members or customer who needs to make a component choice to be able to see the information about the finished configuration. Persons in the organization that develop software, manufacture products with critical content, or deliver IT services. Business Administrators and System Administrators who will be responsible for maintaining the Lifecycle Applications.
