Matrix Systems

This course trains the user in setting up the system, identifying the machines which will act as servers for metadata and files.

Setting up the replicated and/or distributed environments, setting up the Collaboration Environment and troubleshooting the Matrix solutions.

• The Matrix system project leader from the new or prospective customer organisation who has overall responsibility for installing the Matrix system
• Department managers affected by the installation of the Matrix system, who are responsible for controlling business objects
• Employees who are familiar with the company's business process and workflow
  System administrators
• Configuration managers 

Prerequisites
Matrix Business Administrator or equivalent on-the-job experience. Basic Oracle skills are not required but will help in giving an understanding of the underlying system behaviour.
