This course will give an introduction in how to use the Supplier Relationship Applications: Sourcing Central, Supplier Central and Team Central, within the newest Matrix verison. "It's All in there".
- Identify the three applications in the SRM suite and explain when they are used.
- Set up supplier profiles with supplier organization information.
- Manage parts and suppliers assigned to a buyer desk.
- Set up and run the RFQ process.
- Monitor and manage the supplier performance and development.
- Sharing of information across a virtual enterprise as it relates to an ad-hoc project workspace.
- Maintain company and employee information and establish collaboration partners.
Purchasing and Engineering department personnel who are responsible for procuring manufactured and raw material goods from suppliers. Some examples include: buyers, design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and business administrators.
Supplier representatives associated with the buying organization as either a partner or vendor relationship. Some examples include: suppliers, supplier representatives, and supplier engineers.
Sales team members or customer who needs to make a component choice to be able to see the information about the finished configuration.
Project team members, both inside and outside your company, who are responsible for sharing information and working together to complete a project.
Business Administrators and System Administrators who will be responsible for maintaining the Supplier Relationship Applications.
