PLM introduction for Management

This course gives a system-independent introduction to PLM. The objective is to create a common understanding of the principles for PLM, how to implement it and how to best achieve the expected benefits.

The course will help you get a better understanding of PLM before you make PLM vision and selection of system and vendor. Or it can be used before planning the implementation or after the system has been implemented and used. It can the help you go to the next level on the PLM vision. The course is based on a series of 6 articles “PLM skolen” (The PLM School) in IngeniørNytt in 2007/8.
